The VIRTUAL REALITY (VR)section is a section that combines image with technology. This technology simulates the physical presence of the audience in a software-generated environment and thus works towards a total immersion of the spectator in the film.

VR films offer sensitive universes, which can borrow the modes of expression of CINEMA and VIDEO ART. To discover them, a VR CORNER is available, providing the festival audience with an international selection of VR films.

To introduce the techniques of these films, the HACKATHON VR, a collaborative project of VR filmmaking, is organized every year with the participation of students of the Higher Institute of Arts and Crafts of Gabes (ISAM Gabès).
